Dance floors, whether the Oak or the Black & White, are a fun way to dress up any party and help with traffic flow.   For planning purposes, approximately 10 sq. ft to 12 sq. ft. per dancing couple is needed.  Generally only about 1/4 to 1/2 of your guests are likely to dance at one time.
